I read some reviews of Mocha, and because their start-up programs were affordable and flexible, I decided to take a risk and try it.
Once I started, I realized that I made a good decision. First, there were no tricks in the billing or set up process (unlike GoDaddy). Second, when I did have a problem with my domain name transfer, both the billing support and the technical support at Mocha resolved issues very quickly... within one day in my case.
I will continue to use Mocha as long as they continue to provide excellent service like they do now.
Generally , I am happy,with tools and reliability.
I didn't use the whole potential-and may be if you have advanced data security issues -you could find something else, but generally speaking Go Mocha GO::
During Initial Setup of my Websites, few issues came up which Mochahost support people resolved with full dedication and efforts.
With my previous host, most of the time we faced problems with mailing when all of sudden mail server stops responding and to few email IDs it was not sending mails. But with Mochahost we never faced this problem in past three weeks since we started hosting with them.
I expect to have some outstanding and worldclass service in near future.

I am on Windows Business plan that gives me endless domains and free DB (MS-SQL) which is exactly what I needfor my sites.
Their most greatest feature is their endless support!
Live person, ticket opened and dealt immediately in case of trouble (which I came across 2 times during this year). Fast, expert service.
Over all I was very pleased.
Up-time suffered here and there like everywhere, But Overall was and still is my preferred host.

I must confess I did not know to Monchahost and at first I was a little scared because I did not know what to expect, as I was moving from Godaddy.
But I must say, despite not having support in Spanish, I hn treated very well and I really feel great in this company.
They are very friendly with the media, serious, responsible and above all very quick to address and solve any problems.
Actually, I recommend completely Monchahost as one of the best hosting providers on the market.

MochaHost provides consistent ease of site maintenance and is always quick to resolve any access problems.
Viewing my site's files through CPanel is simple, so I can quickly resolve any file access problems.
The cost for domain registration/hosting is quite reasonable, easy to fit into any budget.
I especially appreciate the lack of downtime. No web surfing headaches makes my job as Webmaster simple.
