When we reviewed the control panel of your main account, made us a nice impression. The way your account is structured is that you can access your control panel directly via your account panel where all your information, including billing is situated. If you have more than one plan, then again, you can easily access any of them from this platform. Otherwise the template of this account is designed (though with slight differentiations) the way you are used to with any other hosting company. But even if you have not used the services of another hosting company before, you will find it very easy to manage.

No matter on which step of browsing within your control panel you are, there is often a pop up message reminding you to make a back up which is good since no such is provided from the company and should be done manually from the customer.

A note should be made regarding the emails per hour allowed, since for a lot of customers this is the service that can influence the decision for taking or not the hosting plan – the allowed emails are 100/hour and for VPS this amount increases to 5000/per day per domain.

What caught our attention when we checked the features offered was that for two of the WebHosting plans (Business and eCommerce) within one plan both Linux and Windows platforms are offered. Considering that usually the hosting companies (if supporting Windows at all) offer the two platforms in two separated plans, this option here is something that requires attention.

Another technical feature that could turn out to be essential for some of the customers is the limitation for the IPs, not more than 6 are allowed with the VPS plans.

The extensions supported from the company in order to be able to claim them as a free domain are .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .be, .ca, .de, .eu, .es, .nl, .uk and .us. LiveChat support is oriented only in the sales queries and as our testing of this service showed, a little delay in the response time might occur. The email support includes one feature that could be appealing to some customers and it is to have the reply via call back if an answer via email is not preferred as an option.
